Rites of Passage Development, Inc. (RPD) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit
HUB certified organization committed to community development, economic
development, and human development. Since it's inception in January
of 1995, Rites of Passage Development, Inc. has worked to provide
economic and affordable housing opportunities for those who have been
historically disenfranchised. Rites of Passage Development Inc., emphasizes
high integrity in the building and development of family and community.

We envision a community of character-centered leaders of high moral
character working together to develop family and community.

Our mission is to provide human, community, and economic development
opportunities that produce character centered leaders of high moral
character committed to building family and community.
